It took less than a week to have the unit manufactured and delivered and 1 day to install and the job was done perfectly. However 3 weeks later the unit had a major problem. "I have had so many problems in my home. When it rains it pours is the cliche that comes to mind. I had little to no water pressure in my shower. You crawled in between the walls and found the problem and now I have the best water pressure I have ever had. It was not an easy task getting back there. You are the most determined service man I have every had do work for me. You are very professional and thorough. It was like a puzzle you had to put together and it was amazing watching you troubleshoot each thing. You would replace something, water pressure would get better. Then, you would replace something else and the water pressure would get even better. I can tell you were determined not to make it better, but to be perfect, and that's exactly what you did. It was amazing how neat and organized your work is when done. Thank you so much for replacing my pressure tank that had a bad bladder and shower valves that were corroded from rust and calcium. Then our air conditioning wall unit kept blowing the fuse. Determining we had too many things running on the same fuse. Putting the air conditioning on it's own the proper fuse. Thank you so much for recommending to take out this air conditioning unit and putting it through a very thorough cleaning. You cleaned the filter and that evaporator and the unit was running colder and like it was brand new again. To top it all off, you noticed I had the window unit in one of the rooms and you cleaned that filter, too, without asking or charging me. Thank you for being observant. I appreciate your professionalism, determination, and your thorough explainations. Never once did you make me feel beneath you when you explained things and that is very important to me. Like most people, I had no idea what you were talking about, but you made me feel like I did.
